Your answers to our Will Questionnaire will enable us to form a good picture of your current circumstances and what you intend your Will to achieve for you, your dependants and other beneficiaries. We will then be able to set out the appropriate options for you to consider, together with costs. Our fees for Wills are fixed and will depend entirely on the option you feel is best for you.

Some of the questions we will ask you are of a personal nature but they will help you to think carefully about the effect of your Will upon your beneficiaries (and to identify the supplementary documents that may be required). Your answers will also help us to highlight and to explain the areas where sensitive decisions regarding estate planning, asset protection and consequential tax mitigation relating to the eventual distribution of your assets may need further thought.
